Qualified pediatrician/ doctor required that will be visiting various social institutions in Cusco, giving medical consults and advice to the children (and their parents) that participate in these projects. All of these projects are social projects for poor and/ or abandoned children that usually do not have the opportunity to see a doctor.

For a Special Education Center we are looking for a physiotherapist with experience with mentally and physically disabled children. You will be attending patients and exchange experience with the local staff. The institute consists of a school for primary and secondary education and practical workshops for adults. Besides that there is limited medical staff.

For a Clinic for Mentally and Physically Disabled Children we need a physiotherapist who will be attending the patients and exchange experience with the local staff. The Clinic is the only institution in the Cusco region that offers free treatment (or treatment for a symbolic fee such as a bag of rice or corn) to mentally and physically disabled children.

For a blind people’s institute in Cusco we need experienced physiotherapists or massage therapists who can organize courses for the people attending the project. The idea is to teach a new profession to the blind people in order to give them new opportunities to be able to provide their own costs of living.
