Volunteer & Traineeship Vacancies

For various restaurants in Cusco, varying from two stars up to five stars, we are looking for interns who wish to gain working experience in different areas in the restaurant business, such as restaurant managers and administrators, waiters, bar men and cooks. There is a possibility to rotate between the different restaurants! This internship is especially suitable for students in hotel management, hospitality management, gastronomy and other fields related to working in the restaurant business.

For a boys orphanage we are looking for experts or students who can teach the boys about cooking, pastry making, etc. There is a big kitchen with enough facilities to cook and bake. Because of a lack of staff these facilities are never used, though. The idea is to teach the boys a profession that will give them a better chance to reintegrate in society after they have to leave the orphanage. Please note that this project doesn’t have any resources, so it would be very much appreciated if you could raise some money before you start working with the boys, at least to pay for the required materials for the course.

For a rehabilitation center for all kinds of people with problems, from drug addicts to abandoned children, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers or interns who would like to share their knowledge of gastronomy with both children and adults who would like to learn a new profession in order to have a better chance to reintegrate into society. Please note that this project doesn’t have any resources, so it would be very much appreciated if you could raise some money before you start working, at least to pay for the required materials for the course.
